Dikson's Formula Line, Fixer Line, & Co Line and Tonic Line, are specifically packaged for the USA Market. They are pleasing to the eye & nose as well as performing miracles on the hair and are affordable, even after being imported from Milan, Italy. How can this be? In a word, "marketing", a lack there of. Dikson exports to independent distributors in the USA and distributors cater to salon professionals only. This is why you will only hear of Dikson from a well informed hairdresser. There is not a better hair color in existence today, this is undebatable in the USA market as it is the only one available in a molecular state. Why don't other lines convert to a molecular state. In a word, "cost". They rely on a fierce marketing program, to program hairstylists and consumers.

Performance Dikson hair color performs differently from most other hair color in the following ways: Dikson color enters the hair as a molecule, not unoxidized pigment. This provides better penetration and deposits more, longer lasting color.
Dikson color extra, a premium cream hair color, originated in Italy in 1964, and has been distributed in over 50 countries since 1975. Millions of satisfied colourists and clients enjoy the long lasting, fade proof, wearable color achievable only with Dikson Color Extra.
Performance Differences
Color Extra: Enters the cortex as a molecule not a pigment.
A molecular structure provides better penetration and deposits more longer lasting color than a pigment.
Incurs less fading and fades on tone.
2% or less ammonia content is gentler to the hair.
Processing time with 20-, 30- or 40 Volume developer is usually 25 - 35 minutes
Non-progressive color means less chance of visible overlaps.
